We visualise deep brain stimulation effects!

visualDBSlab is a non-profit academic research laboratory at University of Würzburg, Germany.
The main objective of our multidisciplinary neuroscience research group is to tackle clinical questions related to deep brain stimulation and the pathophysiology of movement disorders through computer visualisation and modelling. Various neuromodulation mechanisms are aimed to be clarified and brain network effects disentangled.

our research at the visualDBSlab is animal free. Our methods involve close clinical work with patients and various scanning techniques to visualize the human brain. We strive to make research cruelty-free.
